AI Leadership Lab
The AI Leadership Lab is a 90-minute AI leadership workshop for executive teams. Leif Becker and Marina Alex help leaders agree on what the company needs AI to improve, who owns each priority, and what happens in the next 90 days.
Why the Lab
Some of your leaders are already using AI on their own. Others are waiting for permission. Nobody has decided what the company is actually trying to fix, who owns it, or what changes Monday morning. That’s not an AI problem. It’s a leadership decision your team hasn’t made yet.
The Lab gives your leaders the time and structure to make that decision together. Your team ranks its top three AI priorities, assigns owners, and sets the first actions and dates.
How it works
Before
Each participating leader completes a short pre-session survey about priorities, concerns, and questions. Leif and Marina review the responses and shape the session around the issues your team identifies.
During
Your leaders work through the decisions together, assign owners and dates, and agree on how to measure progress.
After
Within five business days, Leif and Marina send your team its written 90-day AI leadership plan. At day 30, they hold a 30-minute follow-up call with the plan owners to review progress and resolve blockers.
The 90 minutes
The team reviews the survey themes and names the business problems, employee concerns, and decisions that need attention.
Leaders select their top three AI priorities, ranked by business value and feasibility.
For each priority, the team names an accountable owner, the first action, a target date, and a measure of progress.
Leaders agree on the sequence of actions and when to review progress. For groups over 15, participants work in table teams, then align as one group.

Facilitators
Leif Becker is an AI leadership keynote speaker and co-founder of AIMM Alliance, an AI consulting company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. A two-time world-record holder in board breaking, he leads the Lab’s conversation about leadership, people, and change.
Marina Alex is CEO and co-founder of AIMM Alliance, an AI strategist, and a modern management consultant with more than 14 years of experience helping business owners. She is the author of two books and creator of the SWAY Management Operating System. SWAY is built around five pillars: culture, structure, process, technology, and the customer at the center.
